Healing That Understands the Job
Ketamine Therapy for First Responders
As a first responder, you carry weight that most will never see—stories that linger, calls you can’t forget, and images that surface when the world goes quiet. Over time, that accumulated stress can manifest as PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, or even subtle changes noticed by loved ones: irritability, emotional distance, or feeling stuck in a constant loop of hyper-vigilance and exhaustion.
This isn’t a sign of weakness.
It’s your brain and body responding to chronic stress, doing their best to protect you. These are physical signals of distress—your system’s way of asking for help.

Ketamine: A New Path to Healing
Ketamine therapy offers a different approach. In carefully controlled doses, ketamine works with your brain to create new neural pathways, reduce inflammation, and interrupt the patterns that keep trauma locked in place. Unlike traditional medications, ketamine acts quickly, often bringing relief within hours, and continues to foster deeper healing over time.
This therapy doesn’t just mask symptoms—it creates the mental space and helps you let go of the weight to allow for real recovery.

A Program Designed for You
What makes our program truly different is the people behind it.
At inLIGHTen Wellness, we have a deep compassion and understanding of the specific challenges faced by first responders. The team is led by a board certified Emergency Medicine MD, trauma-informed clinicians, and providers who deeply understand your world. We've done our own healing, and we know the culture, the silence, and the dark humor—you won’t need to explain it here.
Every client receives a comprehensive assessment to ensure care is tailored to their unique needs. Sessions are held in a safe, supportive environment where your experience is honored, and your resilience is respected.

Reclaim What’s Yours
If you’ve given everything to the job and are wondering what’s left for yourself, we’re here to remind you: healing is possible.
This is your space.
Your time to heal.
Your chance to reconnect with who you are—beyond the badge, beyond the uniform.
Let this be the beginning of coming home to yourself again.

Mission
To offer a treatment plan that fits your life, we take an individual approach to your healing journey. Beginning with a thorough, personalized intake, we ensure you’re fully prepared for a unique experience with the transformative effects of ketamine therapy.
Our goal is to provide profound healing and meaningful relief—without disrupting your schedule. Care that meets you where you are, designed to integrate seamlessly into your life.
Vision
Each ketamine session is scheduled as a dedicated 2-hour appointment. Your medicine experience is approximately one hour with a skilled integration coach by your side, providing support throughout your journey.
Following the medicine session, we explore what came up in your journey to help you process, reflect, and gain deeper insight into your experience.
In between ketamine sessions, you’ll also receive 45-minute integration coaching sessions with inLIGHTen-trained coaches, ensuring continuous support and helping you apply the insights from your journeys into daily life.
