First Responders, Military & Medical Professionals

Whether you wear a badge, uniform, or scrubs, the demands of service leave lasting marks. Our program is built to support those who stand on the front lines where the weight you carry is understood. This is your place to heal, recover, and reclaim your well-being.

Founder & Medical Director

Why This Matters To Me

After 15 years as an Emergency Medicine physician, including serving as Medical Director and Trauma Liaison, I witnessed firsthand the toll service can take on those who dedicate their lives to helping others.

I also experienced the culture of pushing through, carrying the weight, and putting everyone else's needs before my own.

Creating a space specifically for first responders, military personnel, and healthcare professionals has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work because these communities deserve the same level of care they so freely give to others.

For Those Who Carry the Weight

Whether you wear a badge, a uniform, or scrubs, service changes you.

You witness moments most people will never see. You carry responsibility for others. You learn to push through exhaustion, compartmentalize emotions, and keep moving forward when others cannot.

Over time, that weight accumulates.

Sometimes it looks like PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, addiction, hypervigilance, strained relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you used to be.

Whatever form it takes, you do not have to carry it alone.

Many members of our team have backgrounds in emergency medicine, firefighting, healthcare, and public service. Others have walked their own healing journeys through trauma, burnout, and recovery.

Here, you don't have to explain the culture, the dark humor, or why certain calls still surface years later.

We understand.

Why Ketamine-Assisted Healing?

Ketamine offers a different approach than many traditional treatments.

Rather than simply managing symptoms, it may help create opportunities for new perspectives, increased emotional flexibility, and a greater capacity for healing.

Many individuals report improvements in:

  • PTSD symptoms

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • Hypervigilance

  • Emotional numbness

  • Relationship challenges

  • Feelings of hopelessness or disconnection

Most importantly, it can help create enough space to begin the deeper work of healing.

More Than Medicine

What makes inLIGHTen Wellness different is not simply the medicine.

It is the support surrounding it.

Every client receives:

  • Comprehensive physician evaluation

  • Dedicated Transformational Coach

  • Preparation coaching

  • Ketamine-assisted healing sessions

  • Integration support following every session

  • Continued follow-up and care

  • Access to community and ongoing resources

We believe healing does not happen in a single session.

It happens through preparation, support, integration, and meaningful change over time.

Healing That Understands the Job

Many first responders, military personnel, and healthcare professionals are taught to push through stress, grief, exhaustion, and trauma.

That approach may help you survive.

Eventually, survival is no longer enough.

Healing requires something different: safety, support, and a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone.

Financial Support & Partnerships

We are honored to partner with organizations dedicated to supporting those who serve.

100 Club of Arizona

Provides scholarship funding for eligible sworn first responders, often reducing out-of-pocket costs to approximately $500 for the full treatment program.

Reclaim What Is Yours

You have spent years showing up for others.

Now it is time to show up for yourself. Healing is possible.

Not because you are broken, but because you have carried more than most people will ever understand.

You are more than your badge.

You are more than your uniform.

You are more than your profession.

And the person beneath all of that is still there.

We're here to help you reconnect with them.
